Pretty decent condition for its age. Obvious wear on spine, edges and corners. A bit of a weak spot in spine when you open to one area (see last pic). It came from a smokers house but has been airing out for the last 10 years in a non-smoking home. You can still smell it a bit when you open the book and sniff right up against the pages. Not just reading it though or having it around.
Preowned in good, clean condition. Some wear to dust jacket. Pages crisp. First edition, first printing.
